Welcome to inFlow: AI Content Creator Companion ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information Collection
We collect information to provide and improve our services, manage usage limits, and secure your workspace data:
- Account Registration & Authentication: When signing in, we collect your email address, display name, and optional avatar image URL via our secure third-party auth platforms (Firebase and Supabase Authentication).
- Workspace & User Content: Any content created inside the application—including content ideas, descriptions, platforms, categories, tags, notes, and calendar schedule timestamps—is stored securely in your private workspace database.
- AI Generation Usage: We log inputs (topics, descriptions) sent to our content generation features in order to enforce monthly plan generation quotas (e.g. Free plan vs. Premium Pro plans) and track model usage metrics.
- Linked Platforms: If you input social media handles (e.g. @username) inside the app profile, they are stored locally/in your cloud workspace to aid calendar management and navigation. We do NOT collect your social platform passwords.
2. How We Use the Information
We use your information strictly for the following purposes:
- To operate and maintain your synced creator workspaces.
- To process and generate content layouts (captions, hooks, tags, scripts) using remote secure AI Edge Functions.
- To track monthly generation limits and verify valid subscription levels.
- To provide support and address user inquiries.
- We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal information or workspace contents to any third-party marketing networks.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your workspace content, account details, and logs are kept securely on database servers managed by Supabase and Firebase. We utilize SSL encryption for data in transit and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure that only authenticated owners can read or write their own data entries.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
All inFlow premium subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly) are processed directly and securely through the Google Play Store Billing System. We do not store or process payment card numbers or bank information on our servers. Payments and subscriptions are governed by Google Play Store terms and are non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Integrations
We integrate secure platforms to handle key app functions:
- Firebase: Used for authentication, analytics, and cloud messaging notifications.
- Supabase: Serves as our primary cloud database, hosting data storage and running AI Edge Functions safely in sandbox environments.
